Payments are not refundable.

Unless you notify Online Leadership Network before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Upgrades can be canceled at any time by submitting your request to Online Leadership Network in writing.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of an Online Leadership Network product, we will be happy to accept a return within the specified time period for a full refund. All electronic products and programs will be refunded up to 30 days after the date of purchase or for the length of the risk-free trial specified within the product purchase, whichever is longer. If physical copies of the product were included in the program purchase, they must be returned within 30 days of the refund request for a full refund. All returned physical products must be in the condition you received them and include the original packing slip.

You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the Online Leadership Network Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Online Leadership Network, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

These terms and conditions and the agreement they create, and your access and use of this Webite shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Province of Alberta, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein (without applying conflict-of-law principles), excluding the body of law applicable to choice of law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply. Any dispute between you and the Online Leadership Network parties or any other person arising from, connected with or relating to this Webite, these terms and conditions, or any related matter will be resolved before the Provincial and federal courts in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and you agree that such venue is the most appropriate and convenient concerning your use of this Website and the transactions contemplated thereby; and you irrevocably submit and attorn to the original and exclusive jurisdictions of these courts.
